Calculations: Private
Every calculation runs locally in JavaScript inside your browser tab. No number you type is ever transmitted to any server — we architecturally cannot see what you compute.
localStorage: Used
We use your browser's localStorage to save preferences and progress across sessions. This data stays entirely on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
What will never change
No matter what else evolves, your calculations will always stay private. The math you do — mortgage estimates, salary comparisons, anything — runs entirely in your browser and is never sent anywhere.
The core guarantee
CalcNow is a static site with no server-side logic. When you type
428 × 7, that runs inside your browser tab and nowhere else.
This is an architectural guarantee, not just a policy promise.
Infrastructure logging
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may retain standard web server logs including IP addresses and request timestamps for security and infrastructure purposes. This is separate from anything CalcNow controls and is not used for marketing.
